Online Returns Policy

During the Christmas period we have extended our returns policy. Purchase(s) made from Monday 13th November 2017 can be returned up until Monday 15th January 2018. Usual terms and conditions apply.

You may return your Gloucester Rugby Shop purchase(s) within 28 days from receipt for a full refund or exchange. Without a receipt (or other proof of purchase), or if the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, Gloucester Rugby Shop will not accept the returned items.

Gloucester Rugby Shop will only accept returns from purchase(s) that have been made directly from the www.gloucesterrugbyshop.com.

All Personalised Items are non-returnable and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We strongly recommend that customers use a recorded, trackable service to return items as Gloucester Rugby Shop accepts no responsibility for returned items which are lost or stolen in the post.

Please note that we will not refund exchange/return postage costs. In certain circumstances only where it is deemed the fault of Gloucester Rugby Retail for the exchange/refund of an item, the cost of postage to return the original item(s) may be refunded to the customer. If you feel this is applicable to you please enclose a receipt of postage. Without a receipt of postage no refund of postage will be given

Refunds

Refunds will only be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the return purchase, but may take up to 5 working days to clear back into customers account. 

Exchanges

If an exchange is required it will be sent back to the customer via standard delivery within 2 working days of receiving the item.  We do allow exchanges at the Gloucester Rugby Shop located at Gloucester Quays or Kingsholm Stadium for online purchases. However, the exchange has to be for the same item(s) originally purchased, with originals labels attached and in a sellable condition. Proof of purchase is needed for making an exchange in store. Any refund or exchange of fault items cannot be done in store. All exchanges are subject to availability. Please note Gloucester Academy products are not sold in store.

Damaged or Defective Products

For Gloucester Rugby Shop, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

Returned damaged products are inspected by Gloucester Rugby Shop Management and refunded/replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. Please note the life expectancy of any Gloucester Rugby Shop product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Gloucester Rugby Shop products damaged by normal wear and tear, abuse or negligence, have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not refunded/replaced.
